How it works.
1. Request your picnic.
Please contact us directly by text at 786-222-4376 or email casaterramedia@gmail.com. Please let us know your preferred date, time, location, and number of people for your picnic so that we can verify our availability and provide you a quote.
2. Secure your date.
After the booking form is submitted, we’ll email you our proposal and booking confirmation with your desired date, time, and instructions. You will need to sign our contract and pay half of the picnic price. Once that is completed your picnic is secured!
3. Enjoy your picnic!
Once you have the day, time, and place set, let us take care of all the rest! Your picnic set ups will be prepared so you and your guests can enjoy the event to the fullest!

Cancellation policy
During periods of severe weather conditions Casa Terra LLC
reserves the right to cancel the clients reservations and request reschedule to a new date (in the future).
If you have already booked and later discover in weather conditions (rain, high winds, snow) we will work with you to accommodate last-minute location changes to an indoor location.
If we advise about weather conditions, you have up to 48 hours before the event to decide on alternative arrangements at an indoor location or reschedule the event.
There will be a 100% charge for no-shows, if you don't show up for the scheduled event no refund will be issued, as our ability to fill the seat(s) will have been lost.
The scheduled Picnic will start at the assigned time. If you are running late, the picnic will start and end at the time slot originally assigned; Casa Terra LLC is not obligated to extend the time.
